Abstract
  • This thesis-project addresses the problems of parishioners who do not hear and recognize God speaking to them in worship. The author worked with selected parishioners who participated in spiritual preparation and expectation to hear God speak in worship. He provides a theological overview of 'listening' and 'listening in the context of worship', and then discusses what aids and hinders hearing in the context of congregational worship.
