  • This study sought to test, research, provide feedback and describe the level of multi-frame leadership within the ELCA clergy in South Carolina. A comprehensive biblical model of integrated leadership was developed. This study secured two sets of data using Lee Bolman and Terrence Deal's Leadership orientation Instrument.
