Abstract
  • This project proposes that all Christian believers are called to volunteer or vocational ministry as pastors and deacons and that local churches have the right and responsibility to challenge and encourage believers to use their gifts for the glory of God. Drawing on biblical study, research in the practice of the early church, and 40 years of experience in ministry, the project presents theoretical principles and practical suggestions in a study guide for seminars that should lead every believer to exercise his or her ministry.
