Abstrakt
  • This dissertation/project, through surveying theories of leadership and training for leaders, provides a broad context for the selection of appropriate forms of leadership to be embraced in the Presbyterian Church of the Republic of Korea and proposes general guidelines for the non-directive training as well as specific guidelines such as: process of the training, selection of the training contents, and detailed sample training models. The proposed model was tested with five selected test training groups and evaluated by trainee-evaluators of the same test groups. The result was positive. There is an urgent necessity and sufficient possibility for revision of the present situation of church school leadership training to a non-directive training approach in the PROK.
