Abstract
  • The church cannot grow efficiently unless the ministry is structured for mobilizing people in ministries that correlate with their spiritual gifts. This project explains problems associated with that process. The procedure examines Paul's 'diversity in unity' principle concerning spiritual gifts; the principle in Ephesians 4:11-13 as the proper mobilization model; and the dynamics that evolve within the local church. A detailed plan for implementing these principles is described for both existing laity and leadership; the assimulation of new members; and analysis of mobilization that produces qualitative and quantitative church growth.
