Abstract

Ministry with youth ought to meet the real needs and interests of today's youth. These needs can be addressed through a multi-dimensional program that is intentional in scope and relational in nature. The project is based on extensive reading noted in the bibliography and on six training events led by the author for a group of volunteers who will plan, implement and evaluate the youth ministry. The youth become actively involved in the church's ministry which is planned and implemented by the volunteer group trained by the author.
