Abstract
  • This project attempts to demonstrate that focusing on character issues has a positive impact on the development of spiritual leaders. Specifically, it is believed emerging leaders who participate in a leadership course focusing on character development will express a higher degree of willingness to enter into leadership. Twenty-five adults participated in a course entitled, ' Character Formation in Spiritual Leaders', a study focused on God's role in shaping the character of His people. Participants were surveyed during and again three months after the course to determine its impact on their attitudes toward participation in ministry.
