While serving as the senior pastor and chief administrator of the three educational programs of First Baptist Church and Schools of Windsor, California the author developed a single system for administering the three educational programs. This project is based on the fact that few pastors and churches know how to administrate more than one type of educational program on a single campus. The project focused on the education of the church leadership, church families, and community parents as to the benefits and challenges of the three different educational programs operating at First Baptist Church.
