Abstrait

The purpose of this project is to discover to what extent a select group of local African Methodist Episcopal Church in North Ohio Conference, and the United methodist Churches in the Western Pennsylvania Annual Conference, depend on the guidance of the Holy Spirit in the decision-making process. There is an existence at a general lack of acknowledgement by the person of the Holy Spirit during decision-making processes due to fear of what others may think and say if the leaders were to rely on the Spirit's transformational leadership. A Likert Scale quessionnaire was used to survey thirty respondents.
