  • On the premise that the church cannot continue to grow without laypeople's active involvement in ministry, this study aims at creating an effective program for lay-centered ministry and evaluating its application in order to turn inactive members into active members so that the church can continue to grow healthy. Small groups will be the focal point in developing this project of making inactive members actively participate in ministry. This project suggested team ministry as a way of activating small groups and then Bupyeong Woori Church was presented as a case study.
