- Through this project the author provided a model for implementing a shared proclamation ministry by equipping elders to deliver expository sermons and establishing a preaching team. After stating the project's goals, the ministry context, and the rationale behind the project in the opening chapter, he researched the biblical and theological foundation for a proclamation team ministry in Chapter 2. In Chapter 3, he traced the use of proclamation teams in church history and offered a model for a contemporary preaching team. In the final two chapters, he described the fifteen-week project and evaluated the project's effectiveness.
