- The purpose of this project in ministry was to lead the Long-range Planning Team at the First Baptist Church of Oakwood, Georgia, in the development of a strategy for evangelizing the unchurched in Oakwood, Georgia. The project director researched current strategies for evangelistic growth in light of the local census demographic data. This research was used to lead the Long-range Planning Team to develop a strategy to evangelize the unchurched. The final stage of this project involved the presentation of the completed strategy to the First Baptist Church of Oakwood, Georgia, for approval in a business session.
