Abstract
  • The author asserts that as an individual, regenerate in Jesus Christ, examines the character of God in the Bible, he/she can experience a worldview transformation. Currently, a postmodern culture and church often encourage the individual to reshape gospel, God, and self. Self-denial, godliness, and submission are shunned for self-fulfillment, relief, and lordship. To confront this worldview, a study of the attributes of God was administered to Christian students in their early twenties. The study did seem to signal a shift in value from self to God within a postmodern perspective.
