Abstrakt

This project proposes a clearly defined and integrated purpose statement as vital to strategic planning and evaluation of American Missionary Fellowship (AMF). Based on survey research and a study of organizational administration, the project develops a strategic plan and evaluation tools to assist AMF mission staff in measuring and assessing the effects of purpose-driven planning. These materials can be adapted to the work of other Christian organizations.
