- The thesis of this study is that even though substantial investments were made in the evangelization of Hindus in Trinidad, there has been little success due to the absence of a well-defined evangelistic strategy. The study has four sections: 1) a biblical and theological understanding of evangelism; 2) a survey of Hinduism in Trinidad; 3) a survey of selected literature; and 4) the development of a proposed evangelistic strategy utilizing diversified methods. In summary, those attempting to evangelize the Hindus of Trinidad need a positive attitude towards culture and Hinduism, a definitive strategy, and a willingness to experiment.
