- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences between the actual and desirable levels of interpersonal skills of Christian and Missionary Alliance pastoral workers (in Australia) in their relationships with congregation members. A quantitative, descriptive method of research using a mailed questionnaire was employed. Many differences were found. A selection of demographic factors was investigated in search of possible reasons for the differences.
