Abstract
  • This thesis project proposes that for Christian, denominational foundations that have experienced managed asset-based growth within the last ten years, there are consistent, strategic elements utilized by their senior leadership that have helped contribute to the growth of such foundations. The research methodology included a ten-question survey that was sent to Southern Baptist foundation senior leaders, as well as senior leaders of other denominational foundations. From such data, consistent, strategic leadership elements have been found that have helped contribute to the success of foundations over the last ten years.
