Abstrait

This project was initiated with ALL Ministry a Korean women's ministry, to develop a 'holistic and comprehensive' leadership program for women and its subsequent improvement through a pre-run evaluation. For the development, geo-cultural situations, Korean church-associated issues and various women-specific needs were examined. After the implementation with a sample group, through various surveys and group discussions, the methodology, purpose and target-audience identification were refined and resulted in a long-term comprehensive program called 'Wise Women Project.' Through this project ALL ministry acquired the blueprint to become a women's leadership center and laid the foundation for building networks with other women leaders.
