Abstract
  • The teaching and resource manual on stress management is developed from training sessions presented to Naval Service personnel and their families. The project design presupposes the trichotomous nature of man (body, mind, and spirit), and allows a balanced scientific and biblically realistic approach to stress management. The nature of stress, its impact within the Naval Service, and the role of the chaplain in its management is explored. Training programs approaching stress from a physical, psychological, and spiritual perspective are presented.
