Abstract
  • This is a case study of Menaul High School, Albuquerque, New Mexico, a multi-cultural, co-educational school of resident and non-resident students, supported by the Presbyterian Church since 1881. The study examines the educational history of New Mexico and the involvement of Presbyterians in parochial and mission schools. Eight groups of persons related to the institution were surveyed. The results, included in the study, are analyzed concerning expectations. The study suggests possible directions in a report made to school trustees. The study has value for persons planning to provide multi-cultural, church related secondary education under ecumenical sponsorship.
