Abstract
  • This project proposes that specific objectives for transformative leadership to overcome cultural differences that impede partnership ministry must be centered within biblical tradition and based on principles of equity. Proposals for functional unity must include common goals of collaborative partnership. Celebration of differences becomes the ultimate focus. Life together in a multicultural community entails surrender, which yields an embrace of new perceptions of racial awareness and justice.
