The purpose of this dissertation, as based upon the teachings of the Bible and through God's perspective, is to study and reinstate the close relationship between 'proclaiming the gospel' and 'community concern.' Aside from impelling Christians to take up their responsibilities toward the community, the dissertation provides a practical way and strategy on 'community service.' It also states how to integrate community service and mission to fulfill the proclamation of a complete gospel.
