Abstract
  • The intention of this project is to transform young people's lives spiritually by developing an integrated mentoring strategy utilizing mandates that emanate from senior citizens, which then flow through the parents to their offspring. This was accomplished by developing an integrated discipleship strategy for young people, parents, and senior citizens to collaborate on biblical mandates and other resources to transform all of their lives spiritually. Resources included literary research, youth minister interviews, and two decades of youth ministry experience. The end result was a conference including young people, parents, and senior citizens called Parents Adolescent Leaders Seniors (P.A.L.S.).
