Abstrakt

This project proposes a basic understanding of unhealthy drives and motivations in church leaders that may lead to personal and spiritual failures. The project examines the origins of this dark side, how it develops, the shapes it can take in a leader's life, and the steps that can be taken to control the dark side so as to prevent needless failure.
