  • The purpose of this project was to equip a team at the Holly Springs Police Department of Holly Springs, Georgia, to facilitate a law enforcement chaplain's ministry. The project director accomplished three project goals and two professional goals. The project goals were to research how to equip a team, to develop a series of workshops to equip a team, and to equip a team for law enforcement chaplains' ministry. The professional goals were to increase the project director's knowledge of how to equip a team and increase the project director's skill in instructional theory and practice.
