Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to impact the continual transformation of pastors in relationship to their call through participation in a study group focused on the intentional revelation of call narrative in community. The design of the project was based around a one-day seminar with a follow-up seminar four weeks later. There was an assignment to be completed by participants in between the initial and final sessions. The results from the assessments used in project indicate that peer groups for reflection on call narrative are an important practice for pastor well-being.
