Abstract
  • This thesis is to train lay leaders as a partner for the ministry. In order to rehabilitate the church and to help all the members of the church to grow to the fullness of Christ, we have to fight against a lot of difficulties. We need a ministry essence and steady ministry philosophy which our Lord has taught us if we want to go through all the spiritual fights. Rather than following the trends, but to hold on to the essence would make out a good result. The responsibility of a minister is not to stay in an honored place, but to serve church members to let them perform their own parts well. God always pays attention to one person, trains him (her) and achieves his work through the person. It's the way God works.
