- This dissertation/project focuses on the need for ministry to Air Force male personnel who are experiencing transition in their lives because of simultaneous subjection to mid-life crisis and retirement/career change. The method of study used is action/research. The dissertation/project addresses the life style of the typical Air Force person and centers on those last three years prior to Air Force retirement. The author presents the problem and develops one possibility, a 'Celebration Workshop', for ministering to those involved in the double crisis.
