  • This project is entitled, 'Training Married Couples to Mentor Adolescent Relationships in Select Churches of Manchester, Tennessee.' Information was acquired through various surveys and personal interviews. Included are: a personal ministry profile and a composite of Manchester and the surrounding areas; a biblical and theological basis for the project by topically addressing the challenges of adolescence; discussion of the various obstacles to Christian growth that are encountered by adolescents from a theoretical and practical perspective; a descriptive of the training; and a theological and personal reflection upon the project. Conclusion: the church needs to mentor the lives of her adolescents.
