Abstrakt

The paper describes the program on the Ministry of Supervision as offered in April 1981 at St Stephen's College, Edmonton, Canada. It examines the research data which measured changes in participants and a control group in six major areas with significant changes in only two categories. Comparable tests with interns did not show similar results. It provides theological reflection on resistance to learning, covenanting, authority and anchoring change, and describes supervision as an art form.
