- Abstract
- This project designs and implements a leadership development workshop to train mission administrators in leadership principles and skills. The project integrates biblical leadership models, cross-cultural needs, and modern leadership study in the ministry of participating mission administrators. Training was conducted in 16 five-day sessions over a six-month period at Brackenhurst Baptist International Center in Lumuru, Kenya. Lectures, case studies, and small-group discussions challenged participants to theological reflection and practical application of relevant principles.
