- Abstract
- The purpose of this ministry research project was to enrich the worship experience of the Korean Bible Church, Ellicott City, Maryland. Korean Christians are seeking now to stick with their traditional forms of worship services. Thus, this project researches the biblical and historical foundations of worship, and studies the social and psychological factors of Shamanism, Buddhism and Confucianism for present-day Korean worship. These factors were discussed in chapter two and three. Chapter four focused on the implementation of the Worship Committee training sessions and on the planning for the new worship services. The methodology of teaching was lecture, discussion and visiting of other churches' worship service. Chapter five analyzed and evaluated the goals, methodology used, data collected from the research instruments and the Worship Committee training program. The chapter concludes with projections for the future.
