Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to provide new or plateaued Christians with some of the basic necessities for spiritual growth. The ten issues highlighted were: (1) who am I? (2) God's Word, (3) prayer, (4) solitude, (5) time, (6) pain, (7) temptation, (8) humility, (9) forgiveness, and (10) the evidence, which is the fruit of the Spirit. The project was accomplished in ten teaching sessions which lasted 1 1/2 hours per session. Individual mentoring was also part of the process. Each participant took two fruit of the Spirit inventories in the attempt to measure progress.
