- Abstract
- This study investigates a congregation's attitudes toward a public housing population which lives near the church and suggests strategies to develop stronger communication between the church members and those living in the project. To obtain information the study uses attitude questionnaires among the church members and family interviews with the public housing population. Analysis of data yields the following results: 1) There was no major expression of prejudice among the church members toward the housing project population; 2) No strong prejudice was felt by public housing residents; 3) Strategies for better communication were suggested.
