Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to develop a shepherding program through subcongregational ministry that will ensure the assimilation process. A main principle of the project is that a shepherded people is an assimilated people. The project includes a history of the shepherding ministry at Park Bible Church, key definitions on which the project is founded, perspectives on the bearing of the theological and sociological issues involved, the design of the shepherding groups, a manual for instruction and training, and an overall evaluation of assimilation and shepherding at Park Bible Church.
