Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to implement a training program in conflict resolution skills for existing field mentors of students who are enrolled in theological field education ministry practicums at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. The desired result was to equip those field mentors who have been trained in the principles of ministry supervision to resolve conflict between themselves and the student interns they supervise. The program involved twelve hours of training in both theoretical models and practical application. Educators and practitioners were involved in the evaluation of the project.
