Abstrait

The purpose of the dissertation was to study the development strategy of small Midwest Chinese churches.The study was based on the Biblical and Theological foundation in five categories: church growth, church essence, church strategy, church transform, and church healthiness. This dissertation designed an questionary survey to five selected churches located in Midwest. Based on the analysis of the survey the development strategies were developed. These strategies were implemented in one of the selected five churches. There was obvious improvement in the areas of church spirit, mission, vision, worship attendance, prayer meeting, baptized members etc. after implement development strategies.
