Abstract
  • Conflict, as seen through selected New Testament parables, is a part of faith. Conflict is redemptive and constructive to one's faith journey. A semiotic analysis discovered which words participants found meaningful when thinking about conflict. Additionally, a pretest/posttest conflict survey instrument, a pretest/posttest structured interview, six sermon evaluation forms, project evaluation forms and participant profile instruments were used. Six thematic sermons, weekly exegetical studies, dialogue sessions, and conflict resolution group meetings were also utilized.
