Project reviews a long-term-care (LTC), skilled unit, nurse aides, five-week inservice. Scripturally based on the Good Samaritan parable focus on 'compassion.' Goal: enhance skills of aides, complementing their 'person-centered' care while working in a 'task-oriented system.'
