- Abstract
- At the New Haven Seventh-day Adventist Church there is a great concern by the minister and many new members in relation to the assimilation practice of the church. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors which contributed to the lack of assimilation of new members in the life of the church. The study focused primarily on those baptized within the past three years. Questionnaires and interviews were administered and corrective methods were recommended.
