  • Using oral history methods the author developed a profile of ministry for the Church of All Nations of Boston during the decade of the 1970's as the church moved from temporary quarters to a new multi-purpose facility. Tape recorded interviews of 26 members of the church were conducted; the responses to eleven questions were submitted to five parish observers who prioritized the responses in terms of their own experience. The resultant data was analyzed by the author and used to develop seven inferences followed by a series of implications for the ministry of this church.
