Abstract
  • This project report describes the design, development, implementation and evaluation of a seminary which sought to deal wholistically with the physical, mental and psychological aspects of stress from a Seventh Day Adventist perspective. To prepare for the seminar the author developed a Christian anthropology, researched the subject of stress and prepared seminar materials. After conducting it, he reviewed his findings with professionals from various disciplines and refined the process in further offerings. Although the evaluations were not scientifically conclusive, participants in the seminars were very appreciative. The seminar workbook and textbook are included in the appendix.
