- Abstract
- The purpose of this project is to accomplish the vision God has given to our local church. That vision is 'A tithe of Roseville.' The need of this project is to begin mentoring, training, and establishing a leadership structure that will facilitate the realization of this vision. A nine-session training and mentoring session was conducted to provide the leadership team a foundation in core functions of the church and leadership principles and theory which will improve their effectiveness in the core area they serve. This culminated in their production of a one-year discipleship plan in which leaders oversee, mentor, and train leaders and teams in an intentional strategy of goals and objectives which will align all functions with the mission and vision of the church. The analysis suggests that mentoring and delegating improved the health of the local church.
