Abstract
  • This project researched the question, 'Will the results of applying the Self Guided Church Consultant (SGCC) reveal a misallocation of resources in the opinion of Fenton Road Baptist Church's (FRBC) leadership team?' The premise of the SGCC is that resource allocation reveals values. Statistics were collected and analyzed per the SGCC concerning the allocation at FRBC of human, money, space, and time resources. FRBC's leadership team concluded that resources were misallocated: Adults receive proportionately fewer ministry resources than do young children, children, and youth. The leadership team made proposals for allocating resources in order to better reach its objectives.
