Abstract
  • A higher level of proficiency in learning the elements of Greek will reduce the attrition rate in Greek courses. The purpose of the computer workbook is to assist beginning Greek students in learning the elements of the language using an interesting and interactive format. After researching the use of computers in education the author developed a workbook designed to provide drill and practice exercises with immediate feedback and reinforcement. Results indicate that students who faithfully used the workbook had greater and longer retention of the elements of the language.
