Abstract
  • The purpose was to investigate whether a change of leadership style influenced behavioral changes in congregational members. Using style approach on leadership, the study evaluated how a change of a pastor's leadership in EunHyun church affected members' behavioral change. To test the research question, the study identified and assessed the previous and current pastors' leadership style. Subsequently, members were administered a survey in which three main variables were explored. The current pastor had a more relationship-focusing leadership than the previous pastor. The t-test results suggested that members of the church showed significant differences for awareness of God and impression management.
