  • The purpose of this project was to equip selected leaders of Churchill Baptist Church, San Antonio, Texas, with suicide ideation response skills. The project sought to fulfill three goals. The first goal was to research suicidality as it applies to ministering to those experiencing suicide ideation. The second goal was to develop a resource to equip selected leadership of Churchill Baptist Church in the best practices of suicide response skills. The third goal was to equip selected leadership to respond to those experiencing suicide ideation through five equipping sessions. The work of this project focused on equipping the selected leadership at Churchill Baptist Church to minister to others in the specific area of suicide ideation.
