The purpose of the project was to involve new adult members in the ministry program of the New Sarepta Baptist Church by identifying and exercising spiritual gifts. The research conducted for the project concentrated on the theological, historical, and practical rationales. Training lessons taught by the author helped the participant understand his giftedness. A spiritual gifts inventory showed each participant his gift or gifts. A ministry-action plan allowed the participant to exercise his gift in the ministry program of the New Sarepta Baptist Church. The goal of the project was achieved when participants exercised their gifts in the ministry programs of the church.
