Abstract

From the day He called him, God impressed upon Joshua that the issue at hand was not, 'Did he have the leadership gifts needed to lead the Israelites in the conquest of the land?' Rather the question pressed upon Joshua was, 'Do you have the faith required to be a servant leader for the Lord your God?' Without this deep and abiding faith in God leaders will always be hampered by doubt and weighed down by fear. This project explores how to grow the faith of church leaders based on the example of Joshua.
