Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to train team leaders as biblical leaders based on Jesus' leadership style in order to repdroduce healthy minstry workers. Through this training, trainees will learn that biblical leadership is to influence others to follow Jesus Christ as the only true leader. Trainees are trained in the areas of thought, attitude, conversation, and behavior to serve their team workers. The result will be for team workers to experience Jesus Christ within their ministry through biblical leadership, ultimately leading to growth of their faith. Trainees will experience their leadership styles transforming through the process of comparison, action, and repetition.
